PRODUCTION
Engineers review blueprints and design details, once approved they are sent to the fabrication shop where pre finished stock length materials are cut to size, pre drilled and meticulously labeled and bundled. All individual parts are grouped to represent all of the materials needed to make a fully assembled product.
Once pieces are finished being fabricated in the shop, they are transferred on to the next step of their production journey. These parts include aluminum frame members, small accessories, gaskets, glass infill panels, metal infill panels, insulation, back pans and even sunshades or self-tinting glazing.
Once units are fully assembled they are carefully labeled and loaded onto their delivery vehicle to ensure their arrival at the building in the appropriate sequence required for installation.
